Use General thoughts for feedback that is useful to the product team but does not need a formal bug report or feature specification.
Send general feedback
- Open the Support page.
- Go to Feedback & Ideas.
- Choose Send feedback.
- Briefly explain what you were using in OurSpace and what stood out to you.
You might share:
- what feels especially helpful in your writing routine;
- a part of the product that feels confusing or unnecessary;
- something you would like the team to preserve as the app changes;
- an overall impression of the writing experience;
- a small idea that does not need a full feature proposal.
Specific context is still helpful. If your thought came from a particular page, device, or workflow, mention it.
If the feedback describes a repeatable malfunction, include reproduction steps so it can be handled as a technical issue. If it requests a new capability, adding the use case and desired outcome will make it more useful as a feature suggestion.
