Suggest a feature

Feature suggestions are most useful when they explain the writing problem first, not only the proposed button or screen.

Send a feature suggestion

1. Open the OurSpace Support page.
2. Go to Feedback & Ideas.
3. Choose Send feedback.
4. State that the message is a feature suggestion.
5. Describe the problem and the result you want.

A strong request includes:

• Use case: what you are trying to do as a writer;
• Current workflow: how you do it in OurSpace today;
• Pain point: what takes too long, feels unclear, or is impossible;
• Desired outcome: what a better workflow would let you accomplish;
• Frequency: how often you would use it;
• Platform: website, PWA, or Android if the request is platform-specific.

You can suggest a solution, but it helps to keep the underlying problem clear so the team can consider other designs that solve the same need.

Example structure

Problem: I switch between chapter planning and drafting several times per session, and it takes too many steps to return to the active chapter.

Desired outcome: Let me return to the last edited chapter with one action from the planning view.

Why it matters: I would use this every writing session and it would reduce navigation interruptions.

Feature requests can inform prioritization, but submitting one does not guarantee that it will be added or placed on a specific release date.
