Feedback & Ideas
UX & workflow feedback
UX feedback is most actionable when it identifies a specific task and where the workflow becomes confusing or unnecessarily difficult.
Send UX feedback
- Open the Support page.
- Go to Feedback & Ideas and choose Send feedback.
- Name the page or feature.
- Describe the task you were trying to complete.
- List the steps you took.
- Explain where you hesitated, got lost, or had to repeat work.
- State what you expected instead.
Include the device and whether you use the website, PWA, or Android app if the layout or navigation differs by platform.
Useful details
Good UX feedback can mention:
- a label you did not understand;
- a button that was hard to find;
- too many steps for a frequent task;
- information that appeared too late;
- a workflow that behaved differently from what the screen implied;
- a state where you were unsure whether your work had saved.
A screenshot or short screen recording is especially useful for spacing, hierarchy, or navigation problems.
If the issue is actually a bug—for example, a button does nothing every time—include the reproduction steps and exact result so it can also be treated as a technical report.
