Feedback & Ideas
Mobile experience suggestions
Mobile feedback should identify both the workflow and the environment where it happens, because the website, installed PWA, and Android build can behave differently.
Send a mobile suggestion
From Feedback & Ideas, choose Send feedback and include:
- phone model;
- Android version if relevant;
- whether you use the website, installed PWA, or Google Play app;
- portrait or landscape orientation if it matters;
- the screen or workflow you were using;
- what felt cramped, slow, hard to tap, or difficult to understand;
- what you would expect on a phone instead.
Helpful mobile-specific observations
Examples include:
- controls hidden by the keyboard;
- tap targets that feel too small;
- horizontal scrolling where you expected a stacked layout;
- chapter navigation that takes too many taps;
- a modal that is difficult to dismiss;
- editor behavior that changes when the keyboard opens;
- a feature that works on desktop but is hard to discover on mobile.
Attach a screenshot or short screen recording when the issue is visual. Avoid exposing private manuscript text in screenshots unless it is necessary to explain the problem.
