Plans & Billing

Cancelled subscription

OurSpace’s current payment implementation uses fixed-term Your Space access, not an automatically recurring subscription created by the app.

If you cancelled the checkout before payment

If the checkout was cancelled or abandoned before a successful payment, the plan is not activated and you are not given a new paid term from that checkout.

If you are unsure whether money was charged, check your payment confirmation before starting another checkout.

If you already have active Your Space access

A completed Monthly payment activates approximately 30 days of access, and a completed Yearly payment activates 365 days. The app stores an expiry date for that paid term.

There is no code-verified recurring billing cancellation control in the current OurSpace payment flow. When the paid term reaches its expiry, the account can return to the applicable free-plan access unless a new paid term is activated.

What happens to books after paid access ends

Books are not deleted because a plan ends. If the new plan has a smaller book limit, OurSpace locks books beyond that limit. The most recently edited books within the plan allowance remain accessible; the rest remain stored and visible but locked.

If you need help with a payment that you believe should be refunded or reversed, contact support with the transaction date, amount, account email, and payment reference. Do not send sensitive payment credentials.
