Can't sign in
OurSpace lets you sign in with either your email address or your username, together with your password.
Try signing in again
- Open the OurSpace sign-in screen.
- In the first field, enter either:
- the email address used for your account, or
- your OurSpace username.
- Enter your password.
- Select Sign in.
If you use a username, enter the username itself rather than your display name. OurSpace usernames are normalized in lowercase.
If OurSpace says no account was found
If you see No account found with that username, check that:
- you did not include the
@symbol unless it is part of an email address; - you are using your username, not your pen/display name;
- there are no extra spaces;
- you are trying the correct account.
If you are unsure of the username, try the account email instead.
If the password is not working
Use the password reset flow:
- From the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password?
- Enter your account email.
- Select Send reset link.
- Check your inbox for the reset email.
- Open the reset link and complete the password update.
- Return to OurSpace and sign in with the new password.
If the email does not arrive, check Spam/Junk and make sure you entered the email attached to the account.
If you recently created the account
Your email may still need to be verified. If the app asks for an OTP, complete the 8-digit email verification first. See OTP issues for resend and verification steps.
Still locked out?
Contact support from an email address you can access and include your username and the email you believe is attached to the account. For security, support may need to verify account ownership before helping with access.
Do not send your password, reset token, or OTP code.
