Writing privacy & ownership

Your writing remains your content when you use OurSpace.

Ownership

The current OurSpace Privacy Policy and Terms state that OurSpace does not claim ownership of what you write. You keep ownership of your manuscript and other writing content.

OurSpace receives only the limited permission needed to store and display your content back to you as part of providing the writing service.

Private writing

OurSpace is designed as a private writing workspace. The current privacy policy states that private writing is not read for ordinary platform operation, is not shared with others as private manuscript content, and is not sold for marketing purposes.

Community posts or other content you deliberately choose to publish are separate from the private manuscript workspace. Review the visibility of anything you intentionally share before posting it.

AI training

The current OurSpace policy states that private writing is not used to train AI models.

Protect your account

Privacy also depends on account security. Use a unique password, keep your email account secure, and never share OTP or reset links. If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password and contact support.

For a formal privacy request—such as access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent—see Privacy rights & requests.
